Use this help to help you get in shape by following the exercises shown to you. You can select which of the 10 exercises you wish to do (4th screenshot) from the menu. You can also set the length of time and which mode the workout will be.
The 2 modes are Repeat and Increment. In the repeat mode, you choose the number of repetitions you would like to do and the workout will then consist of cycling through each of the selected exercises, doing the specified number of repetitions until the time runs out.
The increment mode is exactly the same as the repeat mode but differs in that the number of repetitions starts at 2 and every time a complete cycle of all the selected exercises has been complete, the number of repetitions goes up by 1. If the time doesnt run out first, the number of repetitions will go up to a maximum of 50.
If you dont know a particular exercise, then you can just copy the onscreen characters movements to learn how to do it.
